These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the okjl org Casino website, mobile platform, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the okjl org Platform in any manner, including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions that may be published on the okjl org Platform from time to time. 2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The okjl org Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is non-negotiable. Persons under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering an account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any gambling activity on okjl org.

2.2 Age Verification Process

All new okjl org accounts are subject to mandatory age verification before any withdrawal may be processed. okjl org may request a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, including but not limited to a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, or voter's ID. Accounts that fail to complete age verification within the required timeframe may be suspended pending document submission.

2.3 Geographic Eligibility

The okjl org Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the okjl org Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. okjl org makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines.

2.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on okjl org:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from okjl org or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform;
• Persons listed on any PAGCOR exclusion register;
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of okjl org and its affiliated entities;
• Persons accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the okjl org Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on okjl org. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. okjl org employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, okjl org reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

okjl org is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. You agree to provide any documentation requested by okjl org for KYC purposes, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions, including the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.4 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your address, mobile number, or payment method — you must update your account promptly. okjl org shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okjl org account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okjl org will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to notify okjl org immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security. okjl org shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

okjl org recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. 2FA adds an additional layer of security by requiring a one-time SMS code in addition to your password at login.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okjl org accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted where supported.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your okjl org account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending bank. okjl org does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

5.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at okjl org is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and the payment method used. Players may set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of okjl org's responsible gaming tools.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your okjl org account are from a legitimate source and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be processed to verified Philippine payment methods registered to your okjl org account. Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to okjl org's anti-money laundering procedures.

6.2 Processing Times

okjl org targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in your account cashier. Players with VIP status may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

okjl org offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms. General bonus conditions applicable to all okjl org promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited;

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okjl org staff or other players.

okjl org reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (a) a player has breached these Terms; (b) okjl org has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) a player has failed to complete required KYC verification; or (d) a player has requested self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, okjl org will endeavor to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the affected player. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players may close their own okjl org account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

okjl org is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all okjl org players through their account settings:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the okjl org Platform without the prior written consent of okjl org. Unauthorized use of okjl org's intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjl org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

okjl org's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

okjl org does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. okjl org shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

okjl org collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal data is governed by okjl org's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at okjlorg.org/privacy-policy.

By registering an account on okjl org, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact okjl org's customer support team to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. okjl org will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

okjl org reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, okjl org will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the okjl org Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
